Start with a dimensioned plan

Record site and compliance constraints
Include relevant local accessibility clearances, privacy expectations, wet-area conditions and substrate information supplied by the project team. Identify conflicts such as skirting, pipes, tile transitions or suspended ceilings that could affect mounting.
The buyer, designer and local professionals should verify code compliance and field dimensions. The factory drawing review supports coordination but does not replace site responsibility.
Add commercial and delivery information
Provide the destination city and country, requested delivery period, trade term if already decided, and any packaging or labeling requirements. Ask the quotation to separate included and excluded items so freight, installation and taxes are not inferred.
Before order release, reconcile the quotation, approved drawing, finish selection, packing requirements and delivery terms as one controlled document set.
